All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Many pieces are in stock. Specified pieces are made to order. For pieces that are in stock, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. For made to order pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for production and processing of your custom jewellery.

Please note Canadian and International orders may be delayed due to intermittent strikes and postal delays. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Free standard shipping for orders over $180 pre-tax to Canada and the United States.

For orders less than $180 pre-tax, standard shipping to Canada is $10.

For orders less than $180 pre-tax, standard shipping to the United States is $15.

All orders require a signature at delivery. Please note some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

Shipping outside of Canada and the US:

(Please note the minimum order value for an order shipped outside the US and Canada is $150.)

Shipping to Europe zone 1 is $30: This includes Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the Vatican City.

Shipping to Mexico is $40 for orders over $150.

Shipping to Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong is $40 for orders over $150.

Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is $50 for orders over $150.

Shipping to Europe zone 2 is $60 for orders over $150: this includes all European countries not listed above.

Shipping to the Middle East, Africa, South America, Central America and all other countries not listed above is $60 for orders over $150.

All packages are sent by FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post and are tracked and insured. A signature will be required for delivery. UPS will only attempt one delivery, after that your package will be available for pick up at an access point.

If the ship-to address is a Canadian PO box, your order will be shipped via Canada Post. We are not able to deliver to American PO boxes at this time. If your address needs to be updated for any reason after your order has shipped you will be charged a $15 fee prior to delivery.

After processing, regular priced shipments take 2-7 business days within North America, 4-10 business days to Europe, 5-15 business days to the rest of the world. Expedited postage options are available to some countries and will take less time. Sale items sometimes take slightly longer. Please note that during busy times of year, shipping times may be longer.

Orders with a value less than $800 that are being shipped to the US are not eligible for duties and taxes, more on this here. Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, if applicable. Please note that in the event of a refund or exchange, customs and taxes will not be refunded by Alia Weston (the company), these must be claimed from the agency they were paid to.

Please note that our business is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, therefore customers ordering from Ontario will be charged PST as well as GST. Packages are shipped from Ontario.

Should you experience any shipping delays, please contact us on info@aliaweston.com and we will investigate the status of your package.

All orders will be followed up by an order confirmation email. If you have not received this, please contact us. Shipping notifications are sent by email so we must have the correct email on file. Please note we cannot be responsible for any returns due to errors in entering your email address.

If your package is urgent, please contact us on info@aliaweston.com and we can offer you faster shipping options using courier companies. Be sure to contact us before you have placed your order, or immediately after the order has been placed.

Please note that if you missed a package and do not contact the courier or postal company to organize redelivery, the item may be sent back to us. If this is the case, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, the shipping charges to redeliver the package to you, as well as a $25 processing fee. If the package is not going to be redelivered, you will also be liable for a $25 restocking fee. If you know you are going to miss a package, please let us know in advance and we can try and deliver at a later date. If the package is already en route, use the tracking number to contact the company and ensure that you do not miss your package. We can attempt to assist you if you missed a package, do not hesitate to contact us. Alia Weston jewellery cannot redirect a package to a different address once it has been shipped.

We attempt to keep our stock levels up to date, but occasionally a customer orders an item that is already out of stock. In the event this happens, we will contact you with a suggestion of an alternative or offer a refund. If these are sale items, only the item that is out of stock will be eligible for a refund. The rest of the order will be shipped.

If a package is late or has not arrived, please check the tracking information you were provided with when the item was fulfilled. If you are unsatisfied with the information provided on the shipping website, please contact us at info@aliaweston.com. Investigations can take up to three weeks, and if the package is not located by then, we will offer you a replacement product. If a similar product is not available, you will be offered a substitution or a refund. Please note that we cannot begin an investigation until the day after the package was scheduled to arrive.
